Prices quoted refer to two people per day, Almencard plus included

• each further person: 22€
• minimum stay of 3 days
• children under 3 are free
• children from 4 to 12 years 13 € per night
• pets are welcome, we charge 14 € per day for dogs (without food). Please bring your own little bed.
• local tourist tax: 1,55 € per night per adult from 14 years

• Check-in on arrival day from 2pm
• Check-out on departure day by 9.30am
• Payment: cash only, no bank cards or credit cards, no cheques

• final cleaning service
• Eggs, milk, spices and herbs from our farm
• free use of infrared cabin
• Fully equiped kitchen, bed linen, towels, cleaning supplies

• the free ski bus will bring you to and pick you up from the nearby skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal / Rio Pusteria

• pick-up service from train station in Mühlbach / Rio Pusteria

In case of booking cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the holiday start, we are sorry but no refund can be considered. We can offer you to credit the refund for another stay with us (max. 1 year valid).

For cancellations at short notice, fees are charged according to the Italian legislation concerning holiday accommodation. In order to prevent such cases, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
